Chintan founded TRACE Consulting in 2012. He has 17 years of progressive experience in design, project management & construction management of aviation, roadway and traffic engineering projects, with an emphasis on serving the public sector. In addition to being a hands-on project manager, his responsibilities include strategic planning of TRACE’s business pursuits, managing client relationships, employee growth and ensuring that staff has the resources needed to best serve our clients.
Greg has over 11 years of civil engineering experience with an emphasis on aviation and roadway design projects. He has a thorough understanding of FAA advisory circulars, AASHTO design criteria, MUTCD, and numerous City jurisdictional design and CAD standards. Greg’s expertise comprises the development of construction plans, specifications, and cost estimates using a combination of technical computer software including AutoCAD Civil3D, MicroStation, InRoads and Excel.
Joe has more than 21 years of experience in planning, design and project management of traffic engineering projects. He has expertise in traffic signal design, signing and striping plans, intersection capacity analysis, corridor modeling, transportation planning, and support analysis for preparation of Environmental Impact Statements. He has worked on numerous projects involving municipal, county, and state standards, encompassing local, state, and federal permitting and funding.
Shane has over 37 years of civil engineering experience and has managed the design and construction of over $500 million of airport improvements at large commercial service airports. He has experience managing projects with various funding sources including FAA, TSA and ADOT grants, municipal revenue, and general obligation bonds. His expertise adds value by providing quality control and assurance, construction administration and project design services and adds an owner’s perspective to the entire project process.
Richard has over 27 years of experience encompassing numerous types of survey: topographic, boundary, aerial, cadastral and ALTA surveys, and construction staking. His expertise includes construction layout and staking, robotic and GPS topographic surveys, title and record research, preparation of legal descriptions for right-of-way acquisition. He has extensive experience with different agencies and is familiar with their requirements and regulations, including the FAA, several states and cities, and local Indian tribes.
Bruce has over 35 years of experience in construction management and inspection on low-bid, Design-Build, and CMAR projects. He has overseen construction and served as owners’ representative on several projects by providing pre-construction services, constructability reviews, shop drawing review, schedule review and coordination, construction inspection, review of contractor pay requests, preparation of progress reports to owner organizations, and closeout. His experience spans aviation and roadway projects.
